We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:

  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows based IT networks.
  • Work on-site and remotely to diagnose and resolve both emergency and chronic problems related to availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall functionality.
  • Install, setup and configure Windows-based application servers and .NET servers.
  • Configure and deploy Windows 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows XP workstation environments.
  • Setup and evaluate various information services and applications. Design and plan information technology architectures and security strategies that align with client's business goals.
  • Support and manage Microsoft Outlook with back-end Exchange 2003 server, Microsoft Office suite, VoIP phone communications, and high-speed Internet connection.
  • Plan and implement migrations to Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange systems.
  • Maximize system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configuration, efficient network architecture, and proactive server monitoring.
  • Create on-going documentation and quality assurance methodology of the environment as it evolves.
  • Specify and order new server and communications equipment and/or software to support growth and additional applications.

Qualifications/ Education Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communications skills, and the ability to implement quick workarounds to technical problems
  • Ability to troubleshoot application problems including desktop application integration issues, server problems, data service issues, and connectivity problems.
  • Willingness to exchange information with clients and colleagues and to escalate problems to specialists when appropriate.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment, providing consistent follow-through and utilizing remote access and wireless connectivity technology.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and remote troubleshooting techniques.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to respond to off-hour technical emergencies when on extended call.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move all components of user workstations, network components, and peripherals.

We are looking for a seasoned, driven, product marketer who will drive the success of our corporate solutions in the North American markets. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing for North America and will manage a small team of marketing professionals.


  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and corporate and product positioning
  • Lead creation of the product marketing and sales strategy
  • Drive product launch activities for all products in North America
  • Create and refine all sales tools including; competitive positioning materials, white papers, presentations, web content, and other customer and channel communications across all product lines
  • Maintain and communicate to the sales force up-to-date information on how to sell against the competition
  • Contribute to the planning for major marketing campaigns to support overall lead generation, brand awareness and other marketing objectives
  • Fulfill or otherwise provide resources to support tradeshow attendance and, in some cases, speaking engagements
  • Act as a primary resource for providing support to the RFP process


  • A minimum of 7 years of extensive hands-on work experience related to software product marketing, integration services and business consulting responsibilities
  • BA/BS in Marketing or Engineering/Computer Science with an MBA (or equivalent) preferred
  • Extensive experience building awareness through relationships with analysts and media / ability to clearly communicate/position the specifics of the products to the market
  • Demonstrated success in continually supporting a distributed sales team through definition and creation of positioning materials and training
  • Ability / willingness to travel (10-20%)
  • Knowledge of networking, integration, and business consulting industries and products an asset
