  • Develop an action plan for any product that does not pass acceptance test.

  • Obtain user and management approval of tested system.

  • Close-out open action items.

  • Assist General Services in contract close-out.

  • Celebrate success.

  • Develop post-implementation report.

  • Conduct lessons learned session.
